Hi! ♡ My name is Andrea! I’m a Brazilian and Brow Specialist located in Downtown Redlands. ★ FORM OF PAYMENT: Exact Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo. Cards accepted with an extra processing fee. ★ DEPOSIT: Deposits are required to hold your desired appointment time/day. Deposits can be made through GlossGenius. ★ RESCHEDULING: If rescheduling occurs after the 24 hour period before your appointment, a new deposit will be required to reschedule . I do understand that life happens, if you communicate with me in a timely manner about rescheduling your appointment at least 4 hours before or within a reasonable time this will avoid losing out on your deposit. ★ GRACE PERIOD: 5 extra minutes are provided to you in the event you run a bit late. This is to protect the time of your appointment and any other client’s time that it may disrupt later in the day. Please communicate with me if you happen to be running late, past the 5 minutes. ★ PARKING: Free parking structure located in the back of the building. Upon arrival, please text me. Cancellation Policy
30% cancellation fee for any No-Shows or Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Failure to process payment or to communicate about cancellation will result in a ban from booking.
